Law of nature is to abide change and growth, and so does the INDUS HOUSE of IHS. The name Indus is gleaned from the river Indus which is associated with the most ancient and organized civilizations in the history of mankind. As all know the river originates from the plateau of Tibet, crosses through the crown of India, sustaining life in the magnificently majestic city of Leh moving its course towards Pakistan, making its all major tributaries emerging in it flows towards the Arabian sea concluding its journey near the city of Karachi. During its course it sustained the ancient intelligent civilizations flourished in the towns of Harappa and Mohenjodaro.
Just like its geographical route, the students of this house too move forward taking along everybody and heading towards victory. With their slogan FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH, they healthily compete against each other and consider every aspect of life as a learning experience but simultaneously maintaining the grandeur of their slogan. One of the noteworthy things about this house that makes it distinct from the others is its lively and happy GREEN color that symbolizes life, growth and new beginnings which inspires students to get away with failures. Green is a naturally healing and prosperous tint especially for children.
The house undeniably is an epitome of discipline, achievement and academic brilliance and will always remain so continuing its never ending journey just like the river Indus!
